At Bau Couture, every piece is handcrafted in our Milan atelier with precision and care. As many of our items are made-to-order, we kindly ask you to review our shipping information below.

Production Time

Most of our pieces are made to order.

Production time:
5–10 business days

During peak seasons or high-demand periods, production may take slightly longer. If this occurs, we will notify you via email.

Customized or personalized pieces may require additional production time.

Shipping & Delivery Times

All orders are shipped from Italy.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Italy: 1–3 business days

  • Europe: 2–5 business days

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days

  • United States & International: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services and customs clearance.

Free Shipping (Europe Only)

We offer:

Free shipping on all orders over €89 within Europe.

For European orders below €89, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

For orders outside Europe, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union:

  • Import duties

  • VAT

  • Customs handling fees

are the responsibility of the customer.

Bau Couture is not responsible for customs delays.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and any additional fees incurred.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect address details.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include photos of the packaging and item
